Front Range Internet has support technicians available Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 8pm, excluding major holidays. They can help you set up your connection to the Internet, troubleshoot problems related to your Internet service and answer basic billing questions.
Support Technicians are not available on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and on the day of our annual Christmas party that all staff attend.
